  Accompanied my daughter to the city for her and a girlfriend to attend the Lady GaGa concert. Checking in staff was so kind and very nicely moved us to a city view room in the front of the building. Excellent location between the Centre Bell and the train station.The pool was very nice. The room was comfy and cozy. Great area for shopping venues, peoplewatching, exploring the town and definitely would go again.

  The hot tub was too hot after a tepid shower but the pool was lovely. The city view would have been clearer through cleaner glass but it was fine in the night.

  Easy access to Metro Subway and to Conference Center I attended. Hotel room is clean, comfortable and the higher floor that I requested has a nice view of the city. Free Wifi in room is great.

  It would be nice to have a complimentary breakfast in the morning.

  Fantastic location. So convenient to all of downtown, we were able to walk to restaurants, shopping and the Bell Center is practically next door.

  This is a great hotel, but pool was a disappointment. Temperature outside was 26C and water in the pool was the same.No refreshment after all.....

  Location is excellent, equally close to downtown and old Montreal, and direct access to Bonaventure Metro station was convenient. The elliptical windows gave a beautiful view of downtown, at least from the side of the building we were on.

  The room felt cramped for two people. There were no bathrobes, we had to call and request them, and the service desk told us they would "see what they could do" - we eventually got them, but it felt like a chore for us. In the evening, we requested extra body wash, and the service came 45 minutes later, ignored the privacy sign on the door and opened without knocking then threw them in - yikes! Considering the price point, I would recommend getting a 5-star hotel instead, this one is not worth the money.

  This hotel is comfortable and convenient, it is our first choice when we visit Montreal. The staff are welcoming, accommodating and always make us feel at home.

  The bathrooms are perhaps a bit tiny but otherwise nicely appointed.

  It was easy to access and have a very helpful staff to answer my questions. The posibility to order room service from an out side restaurant.

  When ready to pay the charges and tax was ridiculous high. I stay only one night although got the room for 2. They didn't give us any secial discount either offer anythig to minimize the charges.

  Loved the convenience of having the metro right there at the hotel - made getting around the city really easy! All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would go back again in a heartbeat! One of our favorites in Montreal now!

  The staff were helpful, efficient, attentive and friendly. They accommodated an early check-in and a late check out with no hesitation. The location was fantastic with respect to shopping and restaurants, which were a 5 minute stroll from the hotel. Old Montreal was a 5 minute cab ride. There were always taxis available.

  My room smelled of cigarette smoke despite this being a non-smoking hotel. The staff did try and help with the situation, but unfortunately, the smell was in the carpet. Obviously someone prior to my stay had broken the rules.

  A little dated in the decor department, but it was kind of charming. Bathroom was tight.
